Credits & Billing

WireTrap is pay-as-you-go: there's no subscription and no monthly commitment. You buy credits and spend them as WireTrap scans posts for you. Every new workspace starts with free credits, so you can try the full product before paying.

How credits work

• 1 credit = 1 post fetched and scored against your brief
• A post is only charged once — already-scored posts are never re-counted
• Fetching that returns no new posts, alert delivery, auto-replies, and DM drafting are all free
• Credits stay valid for 12 months from purchase

Pricing

Credits are sold in packs of $10 = 10,000 posts. Buy multiple packs at once for more — $20 = 20,000 posts, $50 = 50,000 posts. Bigger workspaces that need unlimited scanning, Reddit, more monitors, or a faster refresh can move to a Custom plan.

Topping up

Open Credits from the sidebar to see your current balance and buy more. Checkout is handled by our payment provider; credits land in your workspace as soon as the payment succeeds.

Running out of credits

When your balance hits zero, your monitors pause and the app prompts you to top up — but nothing is lost. Your brands, briefs, monitors, and saved leads are all preserved. Buy more credits and everything picks back up on the next fetch cycle.
